Grr.... Apparently it takes more then one post to become an internet blogging celebrity. I thought the internet offered instant fame? Maybe I'll try youtube instead 0:-)
Talking of internet celebrities maybe someone can explain the whole twitter thing to me as from what I can see as an outsider its just facebook status updates without all the other fun stuff? I mean at least when Facebook attempted to usurp* Myspace they offered some kind of extra in offering applications and when Myspace stole Friends Reuniteds customer base at least they offered a free service. To me Twitter is looking like a step backwards so until someone can actually justify why I would waste my precious time signing up I'm gonna stick with the tried and tested. That or skip it entirely and wait for the next social networking craze in which I will have to add all my same friends over again. Also while on that tangent, if I didn't speak to you in school, why would I add you as a friend years later, seriously?!
*woo a word that google knows (makes a mental note to googlewhack with it later) Talking of words Obama has his own word in Japanese "Obamu" I think I shall make it Japanese word of the day ^_^
obamu: (v.) To ignore inexpedient and inconvenient facts or realities, think “Yes we can, Yes we can,” and proceed with optimism using those facts as an inspiration (literally, as fuel). It is used to elicit success in a personal endeavor. One explanation holds that it is the opposite of kobamu. (which means to refuse, reject, or oppose).
Ramble over.
